Lately I've had struggles on mph ( ritalin meds) at the dose that helps me focus I feel somewhat like a zombie, and it takes my personality away and I often feel stuck and unable to transition in my thoughts....I'm sick of this! Should I feel bad for calling my add specialist and asking him if I can trial adderall ir to find my dose? Everytime I've been asking lately for the past few months all he does is throw vyvanse in my face. I don't abuse meds and vyvanse has been aweful , should I feel bad asking my doc to trial adderall?

Dude seriously there is NOTHING wrong with asking him this--in fact i have heard so many times that ritalin makes them very mad and aggitated. adderall is great--the rebound is hell sometimes-but not as severe as rit.
I think you would be wise to do this asap. let us know what happens
