My 14th day taking Adderall. I haven't taken a break at all within this time frame of myself taking Adderall xr 20mg once a day. I have been swamped with school work every single day nearly and I had to go out on the weekends where I needed the focus from my adderall.

Compared to the first 10 days of taking it, the previous 4 days I took my adderall, the effects were not really that noticeable. My focus was still improved, but I would still ocassionally space out. Same motivation as before, I still have the confidence to overcome any problem, but I don't feel as calm and reserved. I am a bit more impulsive, but I can control my actions still. My sideeffects went away completely even though I barely had any in the first place except the cotton mouth, but thats about it..

Could this be because of the fact that I need to take a break from my pills at least once a week?

Maybe its the sleep...I did feel like total crap when I woke up today, having only 7 hours of sleep. Then again, I felt fantastic last week with the pill even when I got 5 hours of sleep. Hmm, strange.

FYI: I am avoiding everything with citric acid as much as possible.
