Does anyone have thoughts about meds vs natural alternatives? My doctor put me on Adderall today because after prescribing Concerta I found out my insurance company won't pay for Concerta. Should I be concerned that I'm going on Adderall instead?

Also, as far as natural alternatives go, do any of you have thoughts on the following: Attends, beCalm'd, Ambrotose complex, Exstress? All I can find are ads for people selling the stuff--but no objective opinions.
