Well, you could take a look at the thousands of other posts and maybe respond to some of them.

Yea, I do like to wander through each of the other sections of the forums. it is both amazing and overwhelming, as for i'm just a newbie. But that idea will be well taken.

I know this sounds crazy but when I feel my mind is blank. I play my guitar or do something creative it gets those thoughts going and it relaxing. Plus it dosen't seem so confusing.

Enjoy the quiet ...Just be....remember, life is...
life will soon be chaotic again.
