I have been taking 30mg Vyvanse for a while now and it was only giving me around 5 hours. I called my doc and he said to take another 30mg pill when the first wears off. I found that taking both pills in the morning worked better and got me around 9-10 hours.
Monday morning, I am starting on Adderall Xr 20mg in the AM. Does anyone know if this will be too much for a starting dose, or will it not be enough since I am used to 60mg Vyvanse every morning. Also, how long does the Adderall XR truely last?

You can do a search on equivalent dosages. There are plenty of old threads on this.
