I'm less relaxed today than yesterday. I'm noticing more of my fidgitiness than yesterday. In two weeks I go up to 70.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

If your fidgettiness (sp) doesn't go away in the two weeks, I wouldn't want to go up on the dosage. So you may want to discuss that with the doc. I don't know if the 20,40, or 60 mg have made it to the pharmacies yet. But that could be an option (40mg) for you if you still think it's too much after the two weeks.

I don't think it's "speed" fidgitiness. It's my adhd fidgitiness, I think. I didn't have it yesterday on day one at 50, but I did today. Interesting.

Our bodies don't really change just because of the meds, we still can react to some things around us.

I got really wound up b4 the Fourth of July, because I was having trouble letting go of the organizing of the picnic. Someone else wanted to do it. I was fidgetty and nervous the day before, because I'm so used to cooking a ton of food b4 one.
