Right now, 36 mg of Concerta is perfect for me until around 3 pm (I take it at around 6:30 AM). I then take 10 mg of Ritalin. It last until around 5-6 pm. That give me a full 12 hours, which is enough for my need. The only thing I complain about is the rebound effect I get when the Ritalin is gone. I feel so tired. At least with the Concerta alone I didn't have that bad effect.

Is there any other med or combination that can give me good evening without that rebound effect? I don't really want to increase the dose of Concerta but more like extending the good effect until 6 to 8 PM. I will certainly ask my doctor on my next visit.
