New here..so they put me on Adderall for daily concentration, and have been on AMbien for 10 years..yes I know..too long..but I am completely dependent on it..I finally watched a whole movie after taking adderall..but I think it may be causing abdominal bloating..exhaustion around 5:00p.m., and a new high at 7p.m. Can anyone relate?:o I have completed tasks..weeded the flowerbeds, and organized my closets..but dang..the gas is killing me, and now I cannot eat dairy? PLEASE help.

gas-X is amazing :o :D
I recently figured out I'm lactose intolerant . . .. my mom also just told me that I had to have soy formula when I was an infant . . sheesh. I wish she would have told me AGES ago.
ambien has dairy in it. I think. So it might be that you're becoming sensitive after so many years taking it.

Weird that everyone mentions dairy. I was looking at "ADD diets" online today and many of them say to avoid dairy. My mother is lactose intolerant, I wonder if I could be reacting to it, too
When I was younger, I had the same situation - couldn't wake up without one, couldn't sleep without another, and completely horrible without either one.

adderall doesn't increase my lactose sensitivities it merely makes me more aware of it - before I just farted along and never really noticed - on medication I notice the flatus more- gee it really does smell pretty bad.
