Okay,.... so it starts with a doctors appointment this morning.
I was going to try and get him to cut my pain meds, actually ween me off them with methadone, or duragesic.

I also told him that Adderall, & Ritalin both no matter how Extended release they get give me a head ache thats worthy of a morphine pump.

So....


He wrote me Concerta , with is the same F'n thing as Ritalin.
And didnt Decrease my pain meds, hell, he upped me to a cancer patients level.

150 mcg's of fentanyl ( patch ) and 8 mg Dilaudid X2 a day for breakthrough pain.

Why wont anyone listen, damn it. I know my own body.

So.... this is what ve decided for today.....

Ive bought myself a liter of crown royal special reserve.... ( yummy)

And Im going to sit here and get obliviated. and then go again tomorrow. this man IS GOING to listen to me.

Inebriated, Bibulous, Intoxicated, F'ed up, Tore up, Without Captive audience.

I really just dont care today.

Gut rot, i cetainly hope not....... Ive never had any troubles with crown royal, but that may be because im Amerikan, and sometimes we just get used to drinking things that kill you.

I hope you have a better day tomorrow. If it is of any use - if you plan on going to see your doctor again tomorrow, have a piece of paper with exactly what you want from him and why when you go. This might help you keep on track.
