Hello all. I'm pretty new to this forum. Apologies if you've heard this question before.
I've been taking Strattera for about a month now. I'm just starting to notice its effects. I'm only taking it so I can finish up my last semester at school without my usual faults... procrastinating, not meeting deadlines, forgetting assignments, not being able to complete assignments, and ultimately not passing certain classes.
I just noticed that I'm able to focus a little more on certain tasks. My personality now is was more mellow. Okay.. so my question is...
Does anyone know if Strattera effect abstract thinking? Maybe this question is geared more towards the artsy fartsy crowd in this forum.
Understanding abstract theory in my department is what pretty much allowed to pass my classes. I can usually understand social science theory pretty well i.e. globalization, post modernity, post structuralism, power relations blah blah blah...
but I noticed that I have to put extra effort into reading that stuff now. Has anyone else, maybe musicians, academics, or creative writers experienced anything like this? Has Strattera effected your abstract thinking?
Thanks.
