For several years, I've been taking 20 mg of Adderall XR in the am and 10 mg of XR at noon (works great!). About 9 months ago I started getting Migraines with Aura (I've had 6 migraines total.)

From what I've read, Clonodine can help prevent migraines and treat ADHD symptoms.

Can I take it with Adderall XR?

What side-effects have you noticed?

Yes you can take it with adderall.

The most common side effect is fatigue.

When I first started having the migraines, my neurologist put me on Verapamil and I stopped it after just a few days. I felt horrible - dizzy, almost passing up whenever I stood up, grumpy, constipated, and it seemed to render the Aderall useless.

Verapamil is also a vasodilator - anyone notice side effects similar to these on Clonodine?
