I take Adderall for Add and it's done wonders for my life, except one. Sex. When I first started Adderall I couldn't get it up. After a few weeks, I got my wood back, but then I couldn't keep it. So then I got some Cialis, which took care of the ED thing, but now I'm clocking-out in less than two minutes -- and that is new -- never in my life have I ever had that problem -- usually it was the opposite. So I'm screwed again. Has anyone out there been able to successfully deal with this problem? I've tried condoms, benzocaine, cleaning-pipes two-three times a day if I can -- but no matter what I do it's still the same end result.

this is normal. you can either be sensitized, desensitized or have a late orgasm.

a benzodiazepine should help. however your family physician or psychiatrist will not prescribe them to you for this problem alone.

Nope, no solution that I've found. However its desensitization (aka lame) here. Methylphenidate doesn't have this effect at all for me, maybe even the reverse (positive effect). However focus/motivation/anti-anxiety benefits are much less compared to adderall if not reversed (negative effects).

There are techniques you can try (google is your friend), otherwise you can look at taking a tiny dose of an SSRI to slow things down a little.

Yea I have this problem... I only last very short period with actual sex... lol could just be my girlfriend. Cause it doesnt seem to affect masturbation. I'm able to keep it up after the no orgasm but ejaculation for quite a while though... until I get sick of doing it since I feel nothing but pain eventually.
