This has been my dosage for the last 4, or 5 years. All has been fine with no sides virtually. I generally will take an ir in the morning or evening if needed. Here's my question and concern are their any complications that this dosage of 108mg would have on my teeth or dental complications. My teeth are fine , I think I remember reading somewhere about these medications screwing up your gums or teeth. I hope that I have my information wrong-

Teeth get F*d up from stimulants due to reduced saliva production (saliva helps control bacterial growth due to the enzyme, lysozyme) and most notably with meth addicts not doing anything to take care of themselves.

Just keep up with your flossing and brushing routine and you are golden.

That's messed up man, I hope that taking these meds doesn't screw with my grill. I have great teeth. What the hell, this really bothers me. I don't have much choice as regarding not taking the medication as my adhd would be pretty crippling. I do know that my dentist says that I have to watch for my gumline since it's a bit low but I think thats genetic and has nothing to do with the medication. I guess I'll just keep going to the dentist and floss and not worry about it
