Many times when being on this medication for a prolonged period we all have to titrate up in dosage. My question is how much stress does this have on your liver and kidney's since it's methlyated and would this cause lethargy or lead to lethargy in larger doses... I know it seems that a larger dose would increase alertness but over-time would it stress your organs and cause lethargy due to your body processing the medications...
