I might stop taking it after today.

It works on my concentration but I mostly feel like crap today. Probably from not enough sleep last night (insomnia) and I hate it when it wears off because I get bad muscle aches.

I am going make myself eat something.

On the bright side, I can concentrate on my homework. It seems to fix my brain and enables me to stay focused and get things done. But I am asking myself if the pros outweigh the cons or is it the other way around.

just wanted to type out my thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear you're having negative side effects. I felt like crap on concerta AND it didn't help me at all. On adderall, it does seem to help quite a bit and the bad effects for me are tolerable.

I'm giving myself a chance for the insomnia to fade... perhaps by cutting the second dose in half. I seem to need it, but it lasts too long. I didn't have the insane headache after the second day. Slight, but two advil took it away and it didn't come back.

Today is day three. My eyes are burning, but I think my cleaning the bathroom in all the fumes aren't helping any! I had to get out of there for a while.

It's not too many negative side effects, the insomnia is the worse one. It has helped tremendously though so I might stick with it.

My eyes are burning too so it might be from adderall.

I'm on my way to class now so even though I'm exhausted, I have to try to pay attention. I took my first dose of adderall at 10 am this morning so hopefully it will help me pay attention and not drift off into la la land. LOL

Try to give it a little more time. It actually takes the body, and the electrolites days to adjust! Its like when you eat during the holidays, and the pounds show up 10 days later! You see? Time will tell, and if you preveil you may succeed.

I know many feel immediate effects..but seriously try and hold out seven days!

I will give it some more time to see if things settle down. :)

I appreciate the tips! I'll get some magnesium and try to drink more water. I know I definitely don't drink water as I should.
