Why? :(

This is the third website I've been to that disable serial posting.
I can understand why the other forums does this. They are very high traffic forums. ADDforums is a low traffic forum. Why here? I sometimes forget what to post after waiting a minute.

It's to prevent flooding. Also, since it is an ADD forums there are a lot of people who have problem with implusivity. Those extra few moments can be very beneficial.

Think of it as a postive instead of a negative. Use those extra moments to make sure what you typed in the little box is what you really want to convey to the world... :)

That's very true. It seems that posting before you think is a lost art.

Oops, I mean thinking before you post! :D

It's also very helpful for those of us with dodgy connections... on a number of forums, I've had things unintentionally post nine or ten times in a row!
