Hi all... I just started taking Adderall XR 10mg two days ago. I'm not sure if I was really truly "formally" diagnosed with ADD because the family practice physician I saw said that my inattentive symptoms could just be untreated depression, and maybe we should up the dose of the Welbutrin I am already on. I told him I'm pretty sure my depression is under control because I'm much better than I was-- I just cannot focus on getting things done, my mind goes off on tangents easily, I procrastinate like there are a million tomorrows, and I'll even stop talking midsentence and have to ask the person I was speaking to what I was talking about. It sucks, because I work in a museum and sometimes that happens with visitors... they must think I'm a flake. Anyway, since I wasn't formally diagnosed, I was wondering if my symptoms are anything like you all have been going through.

Although that wasn't the original reason I started this post. Hehe, I got distracted. Anyway, what I wanted to know, was does Adderall make anyone else really COLD? I have been freezing for the past couple days, especially my hands. I didn't see that as one of the side effects, so I am just wondering if it happens to anyone else on Adderall. Thanks!

I have been on adderall for four days. My feet generally get cold very easily, but I haven't had a problem with it lately until the last few days. It could be coincidence because there has been a shift in weather. Perhaps when I dress warmer on top (sweaters or whatever) maybe my feet get colder for whatever reason. It seems to be a winter problem since I didn't have the problem all summer. I'm not yet ready to blame that on the meds.

Taken Adderall 6 years, yeah it'll make you feel cold to the touch but I myself don't feel cold inside. It's not a commonly listed side-effect but several have exhibited this symptom and It's nothing to be alert by IMO.
