I have been taking 20mg of Adderal xr for about three weeks now. On my left hand, the pinkey side of my ring finger, the pinkey and down the side of my hand have gone numb, I am unable to close my fingers together and they have a tingeling sensation. I thought it was because I was typing alot but I am a right handed person. Could this be a side effect of the Adderall? Has anyone else experienced this?

Thats what I thought also but I could not remember doing anything to cause it. But then again I do have ADD so memory is not the greatest LOL.

Reading the side effects of Adderall it stated that limb numbness was one of them, but I found out that it was a pinched nerve, Ulnar Nerve Syndrome to be exact; it has not gone away yet, but at least its not a side effect of the medication.

Be aware, this may last several weeks, months, or longer. With repeated typing, or motion, you constantly use the muscles, and attatching nerves. Do not become too alarmed if the symptoms dissapear, and reapear.
