So, my recent bout with PMS, my period and being on Vyvanse has got me thinking about what to do next month.

The Vyvanse decreased my PMS, but I was really frustrated that Vyvanse overall seemed to help less with my ADD.

Does anyone take supplements during their periods? I'd prefer to take a supplement vs. more Vyvanse.
