I have been taking WB for a month or so. I like it generally, but have never been able to sleep throughout the night without a sedative.

First I took Lunesta, which worked great. I didn't like the price though, so I asked for Ambien generic 10mg. I am waking up at 6AM or earlier now and do not feel that it knocks me out as soundly.

Has anyone gotten to the point where they have not constantly needed sleep aids with this drug?
