Hello,
2nd Day of Adderall XR 10mg. I work weird hours.. if i'm suppose to take this in the morning (my morning, when I wake up) according to my doctor., the what happens when I go from my usual 7p-7a shift to my days off where I wake up at 9am, instead of waking up at 6pm on my work days. Should I take it when ever I wake up, wheather it means taking too much or too little in a 24 hr period.
Does what I asked make sense? Please respond with any sugestions :)

I'm really not sure of what you asked. I can't make sense of how you worded your question. I think your asking if you work one day with multiple shifts then have the following day off then should you take your med later in the day when you wake-up from your double shiftwork day. My answer is that maybe you could take an ir med on your day off that way you don't mess with your sleep patterns
