hi i am currently taking bupropion 75mg sr one time daily with escitalopram 5mg in the morning ... for my add and anxiety i want to konw how would it be if i add nortriptyline and leave the escitalopram .. i mean concurrent use of nortriptyline and escitalopram ? are thy synergistic with each other ? which symptopm of add do the nortyp address if used alone and in conjunction with bupropion sr. any one who has personal experience with these two to share ? i wan to try this jst becoz escitalopram is aggravating my attentntion span and its making concentration much difficulit but is quite good at warding my anxiety.. i had once taking nortrip 25mg in the evening and it was feeling quite relaxed and less anxious then i was on escitalpram..do no why. if i leave the ssri (escitalopram ) and add snri (nortiptyline ) to my bupropion sr (ndri) what should i expect from theses ?? is it wise or unwise any report/study/article/guide about success with this combo

sorry i forgot to ask another important question i have red at many places tht nortrip may disturb sleep due to its activating property ... i am very convused what exactly this activating property mean ..

The combo of buproprion and nortrtptline are supposedly good for quitting smoking and is also sometimes prescribed for hard to treat cases of depression. Since both drugs are often prescribed for adhd it may be interesting to know the results of such a combination.
