Since it just came available in Canada last month, I suspect not, but I've been on it for a couple of weeks now, and it's working great. I switched from Dexedrine, and I'm finding the Adderall XR is much easier on my body. It's easier to sleep at night, my appetite is back up, and the jitteriness that I often got on Dexedrine is gone.

If you're looking to try something new, I definitely recommend it.

My son took Addrerall for quite awhile, but has been taken off of it. It did work very well for him.
