I bought me a perty blue bike at 2 in the morn last night.
I am really happy about it. I gave my last bike away to a friend who had no transportation. Besides that bike hurt my already problemed neck. This one is good I can sit up straighter and still have gears. I will ride everymorning that I have time. My son rode with me today. I have been a hermit all winter or just working..

Wow... our roads are more appropriate for horses but I do remember the wild eyed freedom of spring on a new bike.. ;^)
Keep us posted on how you are feeling about the new strength as you go along.
I'm really trying hard to keep up a steady pace with the exercise and I think it's really working well to keep me active and alert. Today I never missed a beat. It was like I was on rails.. a rail without a short term memory but they were slippery rails none the less... ehh
