I have a friend that asks me for my adderall, says it helps him focus. I am an addict and so is he-I think he gets a buzz. He smashed it up and snorted it. Since I don't know how wonderful this drug is yet, I think he is getting a buzz.

Yeah that smashing up and snorting sounds like it's really helping him. That sounds like taking a medication and screwing up the entire purpose it was made for and all for a short term high.....Sounds pretty laime to me

It must be common, his uncle a well-known doctor died from doing that.

wow, your friend needs a hobby. I'd let them know exactly what I thought right before I stopped talking to them.

Maybe it does help him focus. But he's still doing it wrong. Snorting it gives you a swift boost, not the kind of long term support ADHDers need.

You are doing him much more harm then good. He is just using your meds for a buzz. Just tell him to get diagnosed and treated if he really has ADHD.

Does your Adderall, by any chance, say cor 135 on the pill? Maybe snorting is the only way to get it to work. lol

Insufflation is a good way to get addicted to a drug. One of the few things that makes ADHD meds different from the 'hard' drugs is that we take them orally. If you don't take them orally, you're just doing speed.

Why are you even giving him YOUR meds in the first place? He needs to get his own diagnoses and his owm meds.( If he really needs them)
