memantine is supposedly one of the best uncompetitive NMDA antagonists. on top of that, it focuses on glutamatergic NMDA receptors.
it is only fda approved for alhzeimer's, but supposedly has the reputation to "cure" amphetamine tolerance (an exaggeration i'm sure, but no doubt more effective than DXM/magnesium).
