{Together we can help others to make an improvement in their health, both physically and mentally} quoted, mAdd mike, in his thread, get fit club
thx mike ;)

For {mentally} concerns, I searched the forum but I cant find wut im lookin for, which is some kind of program/competition with rewards and penalties for +/- actions which will be doing assignments/work/exercise, is anything sounds like that exists here? or any future ideas that makes the forum more alive & that we really need, not just fun posts to share our problems.. this forum can be the regulator of all our lives,, at the same time,, all sharing, fun are here with sth new,, almost no problems concerning regulation of our lives which'll gain more + impact in reality..

my search may not be good enough, so if any pre-posts related to this topic, an addforums link will be great :)

Sounds like a good idea but it has been suggested before or something like it. It doesn’t last as people are really only here to get the information and support they need for getting through each day. I know what you are getting at, I try it myself from time to time - just posting something ‘uplifting’ but sometimes people are dealing with more than we know. And sometimes, unfortunately, it just doesn’t fit in.

We are ADHDers! ,i.e. nothing stops us!!

We can make a new forum, a pvt one , only those who wants such fun and alive sharing of all our assignments join the competition,,, rewards and penalties involved, we cant just talk all the time about how to solve adders problems ,saying rewards and encouragement will be great, and we do not take a step towards the solution, im not saying it is that easy, but with all of us , many participations, ................

My suggestion is because i love this (www.addforums.com) , where all of us ve almost the same problems, where i feel as u if all my friends , the place where everyone the others ;)

luv u all :)

It does sound like a good idea. It has indeed been suggested before, and at the time in my youthful optimism I seconded the motion.

But how would you structure such a thing? You can't very well force people to contribute. I think a new positive thread every now and then in one of the existing forums would probably be a more practical idea. Otherwise we might end up with just another static subforum.
