i have pain like just below my collar bone on the left side of my chest. i didnt have it before i started taking ritalin, six months ago. ive heard about the back pain and the sore jaw as normal while on ritalin but not this. does anyone else have the same thing? or any ideas on what i should do?

Well, the responsible thing for me to say is to go to the ER, but since everyone else will give you that advice, I'll just keep the thread bumped by asking: what kind of pain does it feel like? Does it feel more external or internal?

You really should ask your doctor. It's okay that you asked here, but chest pain isn't really something to just sit and speculate about.

Oh crap, now I'm getting a pain there, too. But I get those a lot when I'm overstimulated (5 cups of coffee usually does it)

You may need to lower your dose, but defiantly talk to your doctor.

I agree with johnny though, try lowering your dose or if you take it 3 times a day try only 2 times and if that doesn't help you really should tell your doctor about it
