I love Adderall and what it does for me, but I just hate its lingering side-effects afterwards. It usually lasts a day or two.

HOW do I remove Adderall from my system??.... I have heard citric acid and vitamin C kills the effects of Adderall.

And what about drinking like 10 glasses of water or gatorade (common sense)??

It's a few days, and since it's mixed amphetamine salts they may take different times to exit you're body. Most of it's gone within a day or two.

If you're going to a drug test, as long as you have you're prescription you are fine, if you don't well just drink lots of water, lots and lots (to urinate more) and drink any diuretic (caffeine makes ya goto the toilet more for instance) from what i can see that'd work.
