I love Adderall and what it does for me, but I just hate its lingering side-effects afterwards. It usually lasts a day or two.

HOW do I remove Adderall from my system??.... I have heard citric acid and vitamin C kills the effects of Adderall.

And what about drinking like 10 glasses of water or gatorade (common sense)??

I read somewhere to get "flush free" Niacin. Not too certain that will work. Definitely lots of vit C and water.
