The goals of the RENEWAL weekend are for the 50 women attendees to expand and improve their view of themselves and their differences; to connect with other women who share similar stories, struggles and strengths; to learn how friendship and connection is impacted by AD/HD; to beging to visualize the future you have always wanted but were afraid to dream about; to make a plan for beginning to put a plan into action and to have fun and take time for yourself.


Therapist and author Sari Solden M.S. shares her perspective based on fifteen years experience as a therapist working with adults with AD/HD and their partners and training mental health professionals. She is the author of Women with ADD and Journeys Through ADDulthood and is a frequent presenter and contributor to national and international conferences and AD/HD publications. She has conducted RENEWAL weekends on several occasions to wide acclaim.

Hope Langner, MCC, CPCC is a Master Certified Coach, the Faculty Supervisor for the Coaches Training Institute, and a trainer of coaches around the world. She is an expert in personal and spiritual growth as a path to organizational change. Hope is also a partner in Solutions Leadership and Coaching, a company specializing in experiential approaches to organizational growth and leadership development. Known for her intuition, creativity and laser-sharp clarity, Hope maintains a private coaching practice, specializing in working with clients who are hungry to discover and express their uniqueness, and ready to take full responsibility for creating their lives. Many of her clients are adult women with AD/HD.
