I think I got hives for the first time in my life and I think I got it from taking too much wellbutrin. I missed a dose over the weekend so I tried to sneak that dose in by taking it earlier and taking my morning dose in the afternoon and then taking an evening dose. 2 hours after taking my dose and asleep I wake up with itching myself everywhere and I have hives all over my left elbow, forearm wrist and my whole body is extremely itchy. Anyone ever get the hives from a medication?

Don't EVER do that. If you miss a dose, just wait until the next day. Far worse things can happen with an OD of WB. But, this is with almost any medication, really.

Anyone ever get the hives from a medication?Nah, I've never had hives from meds. It will probably go away when the level of WB in your system goes down back to normal.

Of course, if it stays the same or gets worse, see a doc ASAP.
