I got a small question yesterday is tarted to take my first dex doses.
I took at 13.00 10 mg and at 18.00 again 10 mg
It worked almost instantly, good focus more energie etc.
side effects increased heartrate, sweat and... i couldnt sleep i went to bed at 00.30 and slept (after turning and turning) till 3.00 and then i was pretty awake and tried to get more sleep at 05.30 i gave up ever 5 minutes i saw the clock.

Is this normal will it go away, did i take to much too little or too late?
Anyone??

It varies from person to person, but sleeping difficulties will diminish with time. In the meantime, I wouldn't have dosages so late to bed time.
