Hey im 17 years old and i have adhd, so i went to my doctor which he then perscribed me Ritilan 10mg 2x a day, today is the first day on it on my first tablet but dont feel no different how come/ how long will it take to work?????? also does it really make weight loss????

Give it about a week. I guess it depends but that is how long it took for me. Then I noticed a really big difference and it helped me a lot. It gives me energy, raises my mood and helps me concentrate better. It caused me to lose quite a bit of weight. It killed my appetite which wasn't bad for me since I am overweight.

It's early days yet - relax. Your doctor would have placed you on a titration program - expect your doctor to increase your dosage on your next visit.

And yes, you will may lose weight. Stimulant medication can increase your metabolism, as well as reduce your desire for food (and reduce any desires to eat of boredom etc). If you stick to 3 squares a day, and keep your fluids up, you'll be fine.
