I need to take a shower, get dressed, get my car to emissions testing, finish dishes that I've taken 3 days to catch up on...so much to do...so little brain to do it with.

I should be doing my homework that I am already behind on. I took a course and I procrastinate so much and I am so far behind that I can't get back into it.

I have to memorize a lot like 250 vocabulary....and grammar and typing speed....

Why if you have ADD can you not move your lazy but and instead of spending 4 hours online I don't do my homework....

Does anyone have any good advice to get motivated....

It's so hard to tell, I'm always behind, but I did do six loads of laundry today, and cleaned and vacuumed, the kitchen is clean.. so.. I might actually never get on here if I waited until everything was done.

Basically I have a big phobia of fire...and like any noises I hear downstairs I worry that it's fire, then I'm thinkinh "OMG any minute now the smoke alarm is gonna go off" and my heart is racing so hard I get worried I'm gonna have a heart attack. I've only had issues sleeping since something happened at my boyfriend's place - basically there was a power cut during the night which caused the fire alarm to go off, and since then my phobia has got ridiculous. :(
