Is it true that prozac keeps the ritalin from being absorbed correctly, in its entirety? My Iphone epocrates DB told me so,...what do you guys think?

Interesting, this is what is says:"Prozac + Ritalin, caution advised: combo may incr. SSRI levels, adverse effects (mechanism unknown; hepatic metab. possibly inhibited". Did anybody ever ask their doc about this?
