Good evening fellow ADDER's

I just started Concerta last week and I feel sluggish all day long. I'm able to fonction but I feel like a drone. I take the lowest dose 18 mg. I'm suppose to go up this week to 56 mg.
I think that usually, if you feel sluggish, it means your dose is too high. Since 18 mg is the lowest dose.... This dosent look too good.
I tried calling my doc today (she was not in) and I see my support group tomorrow so... any thoughts on that.

i got the concerta 27 mgs and i feel way sluggish too for some reason?

i am probably going to lower mine to 18 mgs and see if it makes a diff, if not then i will continue my trial long enough for my insurance to cover ritalin 10 mg, because that worked way better and made me energetic.

Did you try 18 mg first?
