I've been on normal ritalin for a few months but am wondering if this is a better way to go since normal ritalin only works for me for a short time(maybe 1 and a half to 2 hours).

I find I notice the effects of the regular more, and I will use it if I really need to get something done, but it only lasts for a few hours. I don't "feel" the SR working but I definately notice if I don't take it.
