I have always had low pressure. I was on Vyvanse for about a year and decided to switch off of it because my dosage was increasing and it was becoming less effective. I decided to go with Adderall IR and actually have liked the flexibility of being able to take it as needed. I was prescribed 40mg and hardly ever need that much, usually I take around 20-30 mg daily. I'm a little concerned because my blood pressure is up considerably now. It stays around 140/84 on average. That's very high for me! Before adhd meds it was around 118/68, it did increase some with Vyvanse, but not out of the normal range . Have any of you experienced a rise in blood pressure with Adderall that you didn't have with Vyvanse?
