Trying to figure out this poll thing. So have at!

Let's see how we collectively sleep and feel!

Select all that apply. If you dare.

Ok, I'm having way too much fun.

You need more categories.

I know but there's a limit. :(

The most options you can have is 10 :( :( :(

I actually sleep really well, and once my meds have kicked in I feel pretty good, but when that alarm goes off....

well, let's just say I chose the "blah, five more minutes option," but it was tough call between that and the option for threatening to shoot someone.

I wake up nearly every 30 minutes to an hour. My dreams/nightmares are my own alarms hourly. Gotta hate it.

I fall in between the second and third category. Kind of like:

I like my sleep but it's a beautiful day. Wait. A<LABEL for=cb_optionnumber_3>nother day. *groan* Please 5 more minutes. Get up!</LABEL>

I couldn't fit my sleep into any of the categories. Some days are better than others.

When I am able to work within a specific schedule, I don't have a problem with getting up and moving. Otherwise it can be a challenge. If I know I don't have a set schedule, I tend to hyper focus on whatever beadwork I'm doing and only fall asleep when I absolutely can't stay awake any longer.

That was me 6 months ago. That was my sleeping schedule for about a year. Oh, after lying awake for about 5 hours trying to get to sleep in the first place.

A book changed my life. Learning to let go and control my thoughts...

I have terrible sleep. I'm either too hot or too cold, I toss and turn, wake up, fall back to sleep. Even with a sleep number bed - it's done no good.

I take xanax and valerian root (not too much, but man does stink, but works great) along with a bit of melatonin.

When I wake up, er, when I saunter slowly into day light I'm just miserable. Good thing I'm in pharma sales now, doctors aren't in until 10am anyways, so no point in getting up before 7:30 or 8. That's on a good day.

I found that on wellbutrin I would sleep better. Maybe it helped a depression I was in.
now I don't take wellbutrin, I take adderall now. I was taking vyvanse and slept better with it. Some nights are better than others. If I can sleep a solid 8 hours , I would be in heaven. I usually still wake at 3-4am most every night. I am the blah 5 more minutes category. But on wellbutrin I would wake bright eyed and bushy tailed. too bad wellbutrin turns my brain to mush. memory was shot while taking it.

Me too! I have some nights I might sleep a grand total of 2 hrs (last night was one of them), but most nights I do okay. My biggest problem is getting up between 4 & 4:30 to get out and run. That's the middle of the night for most people. I try to get to bed by 9 but that's not always possible...
