this is brilliant if u have people coming for dinner and dont want to stand in the kitchen all night cooking
Chicken in red wine and cranberry sauce
u will need: for 4 people double this and u will get enough for at least 10 people.
4 peices boneless chicken,1 tin condensed campbells tomato soup,1 jar cranberry sauce(not jelly) 1 onion diced, 1 lemon(for juice), 4ozs button mushrooms, 1/2 pint cheap red wine.

fry onion, add chicken fry until sealed. remove chicken.
Add in cranberry sauce, soup and mix gradually adding red wine and lemon juice, bring to the boil. cut up chicken not to small, add mushrooms and chicken and simmer for 20 minutes. U can make this hours before u need it and just leave it then heat before eating, Is lovely with rice and ceaser salad and fresh bread
