Hi all...
Thanks for putting up with the recent Forum reorganization :)
I hope you'll find things a little easier now. If you have any ideas for how this Forum can serve you better, please post a comment in the Site Suggestion forum :)
Thanks!!

Yes...Once again there have been some changes made:
The Education section has been removed.
The College forum has been moved to the Adult section.
The rest of the messages in the educaion section have been moved to the new Education and Learning forum under the Parents section.
We still have a Homework and School section under Teens.
The Parents section is now organized into the following forums:
General Parenting
Diagnosis & Treatment
Education and Learning
We hope this will make the forums easy to navigate.
Please feel free to give us feedback.

My experience with forums has been that the groupongs should not be too many in muber, too specific in description, or change too much over time.
New areas can be opened it a tpic threatens to flood and existing area, and snuf out its normal life, but the core areas should remain unmolested and unimproved, and the topics that gow like a wild fire should be tollerated inside another existing forum area unless it looks to be a persistent and permanent problem.
The front door should stay the same no matter what, the general area should be the most heavily visited and stired.
Those are my observations geneerally, without specific knowledge of what has or is going on here.
Take what you like, leave the rest.
