This is my grandmothers recipe. She was an excelent cook. After all she raised 13 kids..lmbo

8 medium potatoes - peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
1 dozen boiled eggs
1 medium sweet onion - diced
4 - 5 sticks of celery - chopped
1 large jar of dill relish (if you use sweet relish instead decrease sugar to 1/4 cup)
1/2 cup of sugar
Salad dressing/Mayonaise (ie Miracle whip) enough to make it creamy. (I have found that the brand Griffens tastes the best but any will do)
Papirika (to garnish top)

Boil potatoes until tender with a fork & Drain. Also boil eggs drain and peel.
Place potatoes in large bowl, slice half the eggs and place with potatoes. Place chopped celery, diced onion, dill relish and sugar with potatoes and eggs.
Drop salad dressing by the large spoon full stirring about every 2 to three spoons full until it is as creamy as you like it.

Slice the rest of the eggs and place on top to garnish, sprinkle papirika over eggs.

Refridgerate so it can mix and marry for approximately 2 hours.

Serve with your favorite pic-nic dish. Enjoy!!! :)

Remember not to let it stand at room temperature for more than an hour because it will spoil.;)
