Took my first dose today, generic 10mg. It had absolutely no effect, no side-effects, no stimulant effect, nothing at all. Is this common?

I am also taking Champix/Chantix right now to quit smoking. Might this have an effect? Not a lot of info out there as Champix is relatively new.
