I am new here.My name is Mandy.
I have an appt today with a phsycologist
because I received a referral from my Phsychiatrist to have phsych testing done.I am very nervouse for some reason.I am not scared as I am sort of looking forward to the testing.I am tired of have diagnoses thrown at me without a thorough evaluation.Now I will be able to find out whats really going on.I just feel so much anxiety though.I feel like I am going to jump right out of my skin,lol.Not sure if it bad anxiety or hyperness anxiety.Anyway,wish me luck! :D

I went and it turned out good.Real nice guy and easy to talk to.Can't wait to go back.The 45 minutes just isn't enough.

how are you doing? Did you get the results from your psych testing?

I haven't had the testing yet but my doc did say he doesn't think I have ADD.I just have other issues and too much on the brain I guess.That is good to know but I still don't know how to better these symptoms.I guess with visiting him some more I can learn.Thanks for asking!! ;-)
