I have been on Ritalin from 01/20/2009 2X10mg IR 2 times a day!!! I have lived that sedation thought that the dose was too low but upon reading here I tried to lower the dose but he made me more sleepy!!! But lately from 03/10/2009 up to today he started to stimulate me!!! Now I'm using 2X10mg IR 2 times a day along with other medications but now when the effect wears off I feel totally depressed!!! Has anyone got the same symptoms and what can be done to alleviate it???

What has seemed to work best for me is to actually take a lower dose but to take it more frequently. Instead of 10mg 2x per day, I am now taking 5mg 3 or 4 times per day.

But I get more disturbed by the voices when I take my Ritalin!!! And stimulants make me more creative and I can't study something straight!!! I want to produce new things!!! But I use another medicines as well!!! Might they contribute to these effects I don't know but I feel like they do!!! Does anyone share my story???
