Ok, I'm just kidding...but this morning I woke up and didn't feel like I needed to take adderall, and I was able to work and be focused and productive. Maybe the adderall from last night just stayed in my system longer?
I took a 5mg pill late in the evening (8pm) to do some work (w/ occassional sips of coffee). Stayed up until 4am, slept, then woke up at 9am and was able to pretty easily go about the day, be focused, and get work done, w/o taking another dose of adderall.
I have been taking magnesium taurate, and to be honest, I am still unsure how it is affecting me. HOWEVER, yesterday I did not take magnesium taurate. It seems counterintuitive that NOT taking the supplement for a day would HELP my adhd, especially in a way that I never experienced before I took the supplement at all.
I always suspected if adderall could just "jump start me." I was pretty depressed and struggling in school, and I wondered if I could just get productive, get into a good learning rhythm, get my CONFIDENCE up and start educating myself to a point that I am engaging with interesting and challenging issues, ideas, and concepts, that I would develop good habits apart of simply taking adderall.
Of course I have had a range of experiences with adderall. Some days it feels liek it never "kicks in" while other days it lasts for a good several hours. HOWEVER, I have never felt as though it lasted "through the night." Could it just be that for whatever reasons the adderall has stayed in my system longer?
Somebody please burst my bubble!
