i've been noticing that at 30mg, after about half an hour i'll begin to feel a sort of agitated.. not that i need to move around, it's more like a feeling of wanting to relieve some pressure. it's a strange feeling and a bit difficult to explain. i find i have to cut out stimulation for whatever reason since it makes it worse - i.e. i would be listening to music but have to turn it off.

it's pretty unpleasant though tolerable. i'm not sure how much it affects my concentration since it tends to occur as i am getting ready and then during travel to school in the morning.

does anyone know what i am talking about or experienced something similar?

Your dose may be too high or too low.

Is it like this every morning? How long have you been on the medication?

You should consult your doc about your concerns, this medication may not be right for you.

Good luck!

I think I know exactly what you mean. I just upped my dose to 15mg TIP and that feeling is worse. I actually find it very distracting. It's almost anxiety but not quite.

I find that if I can get engaged in something I can really concentrate and stay on task, but sometimes this feeling is so distracting I can't get on task.

Sound anything like what you are experiencing?

Amphetamines seem to be more calming than methylphenidate. It's like Ritalin kind of drives you, but Adderall makes you a calm observer.

I dunno. It just seems like that's the pattern. Adderall tends to make me a little too calm, kinda hard to move sometimes.
