I am suspicious that Adderall is doing gastrointestinal side effects.I feel nauseous with Adderall. VIolent vomitting/diarrhea & hyperacidity.

When I was on Dexedrine, I have dry mouth & thristy all the time. On Adderall ,no appetitte ,zero. Dry as hell.

Anyone has input on this?

Not to point to the obvious here, but if your having a bout of violent vomiting and diarrhea as well as bloody vomit or stool (didn't specify in the post), i'd stop taking Adderall immediately and call your doctor.

Gastro discomfort to this level is far beyond a typical side effect, and you may be having some type of reaction to the other compounds in Adderall that are not present in Dex.

vomiting blood or what looks like coffee grounds, black tar looking stools: means go to the ER immediately !

Yeah for a very few individuals it can cause nausea, some vomiting. I have dizziness like once in a blue moon (another side effect that can worsen the urge to vomit; frequently occurs with drinking ethanol [beer/liquor/wine, etc.]) If you are vomiting blood however, I URGE you to STOP taking it and see your doctor immediately this isn't good for anyone much less someone taking a simple pill. I've honestly never heard of someone taking any ADHD medication and vomiting blood where the doctor basically said, " Oh that's normal, keep taking it.." I'm sure you get my drift
