Sounds yummy.. but I'd rather come to dinner just to make sure I've got it all just right.. ehhe

I expect that "Lemon Fish Fry" won't be available in the great white north but catfish are. Most people can them here.

Cheers! Ian.

So Mel -

I'm always down for some good fish - what are you supposed to serve with it to make it the perfect Cajun summer meal?

Side items are Dish of choice...

Mostly I cook cajun seasoned fries...

The Church in my town when they sell Friday Dinners cooks Spahgetti & Cheese.

I have had seafood platters with the catfish...Mix it with Shrimp or good ole Crawfish, fries, toast. Talk about FILL ME UP!!! In my Opinion...Now That is Nawlins:D

I would not suggest cooking regular rice and throwing it on the floor and serve as a side item:p

Tony Chachere's????

I put it on EVERYTHING. I moved from Gulfport, MS to Lexington, KY in 2005 and I get everyone to try it! I miss the food down there!! You can't get fresh seafood in a land-locked state!!!
